RETURN

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label (For without returning fee), as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

EXCHANGE, RETURN, REFUND POLICY

Conditions for applying policy:

– Time to exchange products within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt.

– The printed image is faded.

– The printed image is off center.

– Delivered wrong item.

– Delivered to wrong address.

– Damaged due to delivery.

– The order is not in the right size, color or style compared to the original order.

In case of not applying policy:

– The products do not fully meet the “Conditions for applying the product change policy” mentioned above.

– The product is incorrect because you made the wrong choice.

– The product is damaged by your impact.

– The product is not delivered to you because you entered the wrong address.

 

Exchange policy:

 

– Implementing a one-on-one exchange policy: change products of the same style, same color, same size, …

– If there is no product to exchange, the customer has the right to change to another product or choose a refund.

Late or missing refunds.

 

If you using credit card to checkout, this amount will be transferred to your credit cart after 3-7 business days from the time you receive the refund notification email.

If you use Paypal to checkout, this amount will be transferred to your Paypal account immediately.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your Paypal or your bank account again. Then contact Paypal or your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping destination and the number of items that you purchase. You can get a calculation of your exact shipping charges by adding items to your cart, proceeding to checkout, and entering your mailing address. The shipping cost will automatically update and display in your total costs.

The most package is delivery by UPS, or USPS, or DHL:

Standard Shipping (Domestic - USA, Vietnam) fee is 5.99$/each order.

Other Countries Shipping (Other Countries) fee is 9.99$/each order.

On average, merchandise is processed and produced within 3-5 business days, and shipped from our facility 5-7 business days. Standard shipping/transit times apply (5-7 days for domestic).
